Q:
Do you ship internationally?
A:
We apologize for any incovenience, but we do not ship outside of the United States.
Q:
My invoice does not show me the shipping charges. Why?
A:
FedEx determines the shipping charges by weight, dimensions and the distance of where the package will be shipped to. We cannot give you an exact total until your order has been packaged. We are more than happy to give you an estimate of what shipping costs will be by calling us at (972) 243-1786.
Q:
How do I login to view wholesale prices?
A:
  • Register and enter all your business information including your state issued TAX ID number.
  • Once you have registered please login with the login ID and password that you created when you registered.
  • You are now able to view wholesale prices.
Q:
What is your return policy?
A:
If an item you have recieved has a manufacturer defect please email us a picture at hbwh@sbcglobal.net; please put DAMAGED ITEM in the subject. Once we have seen the picture we will let you know if the item will have to be shipped back to us. A replacement item will be sent to you once we have determined this. We will not issue a refund on your credit card. We can either exchange the defective item or apply your credit in your next online order.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY USED ITEMS OR ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED IN THE SALES/CLEARANCE SECTION. NO EXCEPTIONS!
